• Lead, manage and supervise the accounting team in Batam

• Establish business budget, operational cost rate and breakeven analysis
• Prepare year end closing, audit schedules & support tax filing 
• Analysis of financial information detailing assets, liabilities, capital and projected financial position
• Assist in implementation of accounting, financial policies and control procedures to ensure compliance with statutory and corporate requirements
• Prepare management reports (monthly / quarterly)
• Undertake other ad-hoc assignments from the management

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment 
• Good analytical skills.
• Committed to self-development and able to multi-task
• Successful candidate will be seconded to work in our Batam subsidiary
